4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Enable essential website functions.
  • Remember preferences.
  • Protect forms from spam and misuse.
  • Understand website traffic and visitor interactions.
  • Measure email delivery and engagement.
  • Improve website performance and communications.

You may be able to manage nonessential cookies through any cookie-preference controls displayed on the website. You can also adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Disabling certain cookies may affect how some website features function.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for interpreting these signals, our website does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.

Where required by applicable law, we will recognize legally valid opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Because Vibrance does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, activating such a signal should not materially change our current practices.

6. Analytics and Cross-Site Collection

Our hosting, form, security, analytics, and communications providers may collect technical or interaction information through cookies and similar technologies. Depending on the provider and your browser settings, these technologies may recognize a browser or device over time and across different websites.

These providers process information according to their own privacy notices and the agreements governing the services they provide to Vibrance. Vibrance does not authorize service providers to use information collected on our behalf for unrelated targeted advertising.

Depending on whether a particular California privacy law applies to Vibrance and the circumstances of your request, California residents may have the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about them.
  • Know the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients associated with that information.
