These Legal Notices apply to https://vibrance4u.com and to website content, emails, forms, digital resources, programs, products, and services offered by Vibrance, LLC (“Vibrance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
1. Purpose and Relationship to Other Policies
These Legal Notices provide important information about the ownership, intended use, professional limitations, accessibility, commercial disclosures, and third-party content associated with Vibrance’s website and services.
These Legal Notices supplement the Vibrance Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any offering-specific agreement. If an offering-specific agreement conflicts with these general notices, the offering-specific agreement controls for that offering.
2. General Wellness and Educational Information
Vibrance provides general wellness education, nurse coaching, professional-development resources, workshops, courses, digital content, and community support for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Website content, emails, social-media content, downloads, the Vibrance 7-Day Reset, presentations, workshops, and other general resources are provided for informational, educational, and wellness purposes only. They are not individualized medical, nursing, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, employment, or other professional advice.
Information may not account for your health history, medications, workplace policies, licensing obligations, personal circumstances, or other factors relevant to an individual decision. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when individualized advice is needed.
3. No Clinical Relationship; Emergencies
Accessing Vibrance content, submitting a general website form, downloading a resource, subscribing to emails, or participating in a general educational program does not establish a nurse-patient, healthcare-provider-patient, therapist-client, or other clinical relationship.
The Vibrance website, ordinary email, social-media accounts, and general enrollment forms are not secure medical portals and are not monitored for urgent needs. Do not submit patient records, protected health information, diagnoses, treatment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information through those channels.
Vibrance does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you believe you or another person is experiencing an emergency, contact qualified emergency assistance immediately.
4. Nursing Credentials and Scope
References to nursing education, nursing experience, professional credentials, or nurse-coaching qualifications describe the background of a Vibrance facilitator. Those references do not convert a general wellness, coaching, or educational service into clinical nursing care.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, Vibrance services do not include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication management, or another clinical service.
Vibrance is an independent business. Unless expressly identified in writing, its website, programs, and materials are not sponsored, approved, or endorsed by any hospital, healthcare employer, licensing board, certifying organization, professional association, educational institution, or government agency.
5. Coaching and Experiential Activities
Coaching is a collaborative, participant-directed process that may support reflection, goal setting, accountability, decision-making, and well-being. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or a guarantee of results.
Some offerings may include optional movement, stretching, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, tapping, creative activities, or other experiential practices. Participation is voluntary. Work within your limits, modify or decline activities as needed, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, emotional distress, or another concerning symptom.
Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have a condition, injury, pregnancy, disability, recent surgery, or other circumstance that could affect safe participation.
6. Continuing-Education and Professional-Development Notice
A Vibrance offering should not be assumed to provide continuing-education credit, licensure credit, certification credit, institutional competency validation, or employer-approved training unless the offering expressly states that credit is available and identifies the applicable approval or provider information.
Participants are responsible for confirming whether a program satisfies the requirements of their licensing board, certifying organization, employer, or professional association.
7. Results, Testimonials, and Participant Experiences
Testimonials, reviews, case examples, participant statements, and success stories reflect individual experiences. They are not guarantees, promises, or representations that another person will achieve the same or similar results.
Results vary based on individual circumstances, participation, readiness, health, workplace conditions, available resources, decisions, and implementation. Vibrance does not guarantee a particular wellness, emotional, career, employment, financial, business, productivity, relationship, or professional outcome.
Vibrance does not knowingly purchase fake reviews or condition compensation on a particular sentiment. When a testimonial or endorsement involves a material connection that requires disclosure, Vibrance will provide an appropriate disclosure.
8. Affiliate and Sponsored Relationships
Some Vibrance content may include recommendations, affiliate links, referral links, sponsored content, complimentary products, or other commercial relationships.
When Vibrance has a material relationship with a person or business connected to a recommendation, Vibrance will provide a clear disclosure reasonably close to the applicable recommendation or endorsement. Vibrance may receive a commission or other benefit without increasing the price paid by the purchaser.
An affiliate or sponsored relationship does not eliminate your responsibility to evaluate whether a third-party product or service is appropriate for you. Vibrance does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s claims, quality, safety, fulfillment, refund practices, privacy practices, or customer service.
9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise identified, the Vibrance website and original Vibrance materials—including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, downloads, workbooks, emails, recordings, presentations, exercises, course materials, and program content—are owned by Vibrance, licensed to Vibrance, or used with permission.
Vibrance materials may be accessed and used only for the personal, noncommercial purpose for which they were provided. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, uploaded, sold, licensed, used to train others, incorporated into another program, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Requests for permission should identify the requested material, intended use, distribution method, and audience and should be sent to ginger.luna@vibrance4u.com.
10. Copyright and Trademarks
Copyright © 2026 Vibrance, LLC. All rights reserved.
Vibrance names, logos, program names, taglines, graphics, and other source-identifying material may be trademarks or service marks of Vibrance, whether or not federally registered. Third-party names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.
The appearance of a third-party mark does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless Vibrance expressly states otherwise.
11. Third-Party Websites, Platforms, and Resources
The website and Vibrance communications may link to or integrate with third-party websites, social-media platforms, payment processors, forms, scheduling tools, videos, articles, products, or services.
A link is provided for convenience and does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Vibrance does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, accessibility, security, privacy, content, products, services, or business practices of third parties.
Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
12. Website Accuracy, Availability, and Updates
Vibrance uses reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and current but does not guarantee that all content will be complete, current, error-free, or available at all times.
Dates, prices, program descriptions, availability, links, service-provider features, and other website information may change. If a material error affects a paid transaction, Vibrance will address the matter in accordance with the applicable offer terms, refund policy, and law.
Vibrance may correct errors and update, suspend, replace, or remove content without prior notice, subject to obligations relating to active paid services.
13. Accessibility
Vibrance is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible online experience and to improving the usability of its website and digital materials for people with disabilities.
Technology, content, and third-party integrations change over time, and an accessibility issue may occasionally occur. If you have difficulty accessing website content, a form, a digital resource, or another Vibrance service, email ginger.luna@vibrance4u.com with the subject line Accessibility Request. Please identify the page or material, describe the difficulty, and state the format or assistance that would be useful.
Vibrance will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or service through an accessible alternative and to address identified barriers when practicable. Accessibility feedback will not affect your eligibility for service.
14. Online Purchases and Seller Disclosures
Before submitting an online payment, review the offering description, total price, payment terms, cancellation or refund policy, and seller information displayed in the offer or checkout.
A Vibrance checkout for a California buyer must conspicuously disclose Vibrance’s legal business name, the applicable return and refund policy, and a qualifying complete business street address or private-mailbox address before payment is accepted. “Modesto, California” alone is not a complete address for that purpose.
If required seller or refund information is not displayed before payment, do not complete the purchase. Email ginger.luna@vibrance4u.com with the subject line Checkout Disclosure before submitting payment.
If an offer renews automatically or continues until canceled, additional renewal, consent, acknowledgment, reminder, and cancellation terms will be presented as required by applicable law.
15. No Waiver of Nonwaivable Rights
Nothing in these Legal Notices or any other Vibrance policy is intended to waive a right, remedy, warranty, duty, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
Any disclaimer, limitation, or allocation of responsibility applies only to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not exempt Vibrance from responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, unlawful conduct, or another nonwaivable obligation.
16. Changes to These Legal Notices
Vibrance may update these Legal Notices to reflect changes in its services, technology, business practices, commercial relationships, or legal obligations.
The revised notices will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting an active paid service may be communicated through the website, by email, or through another reasonable method.
