This Cookie Policy explains how Vibrance, LLC (“Vibrance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies when you visit vibrance4u.com, use a Vibrance form or landing page hosted by HubSpot, enroll in the Vibrance 7-Day Reset, or otherwise interact with our online services.
This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which provides additional information about how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on a computer, mobile device, tablet, or other internet-connected device. Cookies allow a website or service provider to recognize a browser, remember certain information, maintain website functionality, protect forms, understand how visitors interact with a website, and improve the user experience.
Cookies may be:
The specific names, purposes, and expiration periods of cookies may change as our website and service providers update their technology.
2. Similar Technologies
In addition to cookies, Vibrance and our service providers may use similar technologies, including:
For simplicity, this Cookie Policy refers to cookies and these related technologies collectively as “cookies,” except when a distinction is necessary.
3. Why We Use Cookies
Vibrance and our service providers may use cookies to:
4. Categories of Cookies
The cookies used through our website or related services may fall into the following categories.
Strictly necessary and security cookies
These cookies are required for essential website functions, security, form processing, fraud prevention, consent management, and service continuity.
They may be used to:
Because these cookies are necessary to provide the requested service, they may remain active even when you decline nonessential cookies.
Functional cookies
Functional cookies help provide enhanced website features or remember choices you make.
They may be used to:
Disabling functional cookies may cause some website features to work differently or become unavailable.
Analytics and performance cookies
Analytics and performance cookies help us understand how visitors find and use the website and related forms.
These cookies may collect information such as:
We use this information to evaluate website traffic, improve content and services, understand which resources are useful, and identify technical issues.
Advertising and targeting cookies
Advertising and targeting cookies may be used to recognize a browser across websites, measure advertising effectiveness, build audiences, or deliver personalized advertising.
As of the effective date of this Cookie Policy, Vibrance does not intentionally deploy advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag on the Vibrance website and does not use cookies to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If Vibrance later introduces targeted advertising technology, we will update our disclosures and cookie-preference controls as appropriate.
5. Service Providers That May Use Cookies
Vibrance currently uses or may use the following providers in connection with its website and online services.
GoDaddy
GoDaddy hosts and supports the Vibrance website and may provide website functionality, security, and analytics.
GoDaddy Websites + Marketing analytics may collect information such as an IP address, time of visit, browser-header information, device information, and approximate location. GoDaddy may place or manage cookies needed to provide these services.
For more information, review the GoDaddy Privacy Notice.
HubSpot
HubSpot hosts Vibrance enrollment forms, including forms displayed on an hsforms.com address, and provides contact management, consent records, email communications, and engagement measurement.
Depending on the page, configuration, and cookie choices, HubSpot may use cookies to:
HubSpot may continue using certain necessary cookies even when nonessential analytics cookies are declined. Declining optional HubSpot cookies should not prevent a visitor from submitting a HubSpot form.
For more information, review the HubSpot Privacy Policy and HubSpot’s explanation of cookies placed in visitors’ browsers.
Google reCAPTCHA
Vibrance forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish legitimate users from automated systems and help prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity.
Google states that reCAPTCHA may set a necessary cookie called _GRECAPTCHA for risk analysis. When reCAPTCHA is used, Google may also receive technical information about the device, browser, network, and interaction with the form.
Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
Stripe
When Vibrance offers an online payment link or checkout, Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies to process the payment, maintain checkout functionality, prevent fraud, remember certain preferences, and protect transaction security.
Stripe’s cookies generally operate on Stripe-hosted pages or through Stripe payment technology. Vibrance does not generally receive or store your complete payment-card number.
For more information, review the Stripe Privacy Policy.
6. Email Pixels and Engagement Measurement
Emails sent through HubSpot may contain a small tracking pixel or specially formatted links that allow Vibrance and HubSpot to determine whether an email was delivered, opened, or selected.
This information may be associated with the recipient’s HubSpot contact record and used to:
Email pixels are not necessarily browser cookies, but they perform related measurement functions.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the Unsubscribe link included in the email. Your email application may also provide settings that block remote images or limit tracking technologies.
7. Social Media and External Links
The Vibrance website may contain links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, or other third-party services.
A standard link generally transfers you to the third party only after you select it. Once you visit the external platform, that platform may place its own cookies or collect information according to its privacy and cookie policies.
Vibrance does not control cookies placed directly by third-party websites or social-media platforms.
8. Your Cookie Choices
Cookie-preference tools
Where a cookie banner or preference tool is displayed, you may be able to:
Strictly necessary cookies may remain active because they are required for security, form submission, fraud prevention, or delivery of a service you request.
Changing your preference may prevent future placement of optional cookies, but it may not automatically remove cookies already stored on your device. You may need to delete existing cookies through your browser settings.
Browser controls
Most internet browsers allow you to:
The available controls depend on the browser and device you use. Consult your browser’s help or privacy settings for instructions.
Blocking all cookies may affect website functionality, form processing, payment processing, security features, or the ability to remember your preferences.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for interpreting Do Not Track signals, the Vibrance website does not respond differently to those signals.
Where required by applicable law and supported by our technology, Vibrance will treat a legally valid opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device transmitting the signal.
Vibrance does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Therefore, activating Global Privacy Control should not materially change Vibrance’s present data practices.
10. California Privacy Rights
Depending on whether a California privacy law applies to Vibrance and the circumstances of your request, California residents may have rights concerning personal information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
These rights may include the right to request access, correction, or deletion and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Vibrance does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
For additional information about your choices and how to submit a privacy request, review our Privacy Policy or email ginger.luna@vibrance4u.comwith the subject line Cookie or Privacy Request.
11. International Visitors
Although Vibrance is based in California, the website may be accessible from other countries.
Some jurisdictions require consent before nonessential cookies are stored or accessed. Where such requirements apply and the appropriate controls are available, nonessential cookies may be restricted until you provide consent.
Visitors outside the United States should understand that information collected through cookies may be transferred to or processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
12. Data Retention
Information collected through cookies is retained for different periods depending on:
You may delete stored cookies through your browser settings. Deleting cookies may cause the website or a service provider to treat you as a new visitor and may require you to select your cookie preferences again.
13. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in:
The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, by email, or through another appropriate method.
We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically.
