Vibrance currently uses or may use the following providers in connection with its website and online services.

GoDaddy

GoDaddy hosts and supports the Vibrance website and may provide website functionality, security, and analytics.

GoDaddy Websites + Marketing analytics may collect information such as an IP address, time of visit, browser-header information, device information, and approximate location. GoDaddy may place or manage cookies needed to provide these services.

HubSpot

HubSpot hosts Vibrance enrollment forms, including forms displayed on an hsforms.com address, and provides contact management, consent records, email communications, and engagement measurement.

Depending on the page, configuration, and cookie choices, HubSpot may use cookies to:

• Recognize a visitor’s browser.
• Track page and form interactions.
• Associate website activity with a contact record.
• Remember cookie-consent choices.
• Prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions.
• Measure website and email engagement.

HubSpot may continue using certain necessary cookies even when nonessential analytics cookies are declined. Declining optional HubSpot cookies should not prevent a visitor from submitting a HubSpot form.

Google reCAPTCHA

Vibrance forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish legitimate users from automated systems and help prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity.

Google states that reCAPTCHA may set a necessary cookie called _GRECAPTCHA for risk analysis. When reCAPTCHA is used, Google may also receive technical information about the device, browser, network, and interaction with the form.

Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Stripe

When Vibrance offers an online payment link or checkout, Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies to process the payment, maintain checkout functionality, prevent fraud, remember certain preferences, and protect transaction security.

Stripe’s cookies generally operate on Stripe-hosted pages or through Stripe payment technology. Vibrance does not generally receive or store your complete payment-card number.

6. Email Pixels and Engagement Measurement

Emails sent through HubSpot may contain a small tracking pixel or specially formatted links that allow Vibrance and HubSpot to determine whether an email was delivered, opened, or selected.

This information may be associated with the recipient’s HubSpot contact record and used to:

• Confirm delivery.
• Understand whether resources are useful.
• Evaluate participation in the Vibrance 7-Day Reset.
• Improve future communications.
• Troubleshoot email-delivery concerns.

Email pixels are not necessarily browser cookies, but they perform related measurement functions.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the Unsubscribe link included in the email. Your email application may also provide settings that block remote images or limit tracking technologies.

7. Social Media and External Links

The Vibrance website may contain links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, or other third-party services.

A standard link generally transfers you to the third party only after you select it. Once you visit the external platform, that platform may place its own cookies or collect information according to its privacy and cookie policies.

Vibrance does not control cookies placed directly by third-party websites or social-media platforms.

Vibrance does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Therefore, activating Global Privacy Control should not materially change Vibrance’s present data practices.

Depending on whether a California privacy law applies to Vibrance and the circumstances of your request, California residents may have rights concerning personal information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Vibrance does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
